  4. At the end of the day's business, there is an opportunity 
  5. for a debate similar in purpose to a Commons 
  6. Adjournment debate. These are called unstarred 
  7. questions - and differ from the starred questions which 
  8. begin the day because they are intended to give rise to 
  9. a debate. The maximum time allowed is one and a half 
  10. hours, and the number of peers is not restricted, as in the 
  11. commons.
